An young executive wanted sleek two bedroom unit of around 1400 square feet as after all this is not Mumbai or Hong Kong. The fourth group wanted an apartment at the new emerging wide ring road on gurgaon, another person in the same group wanted to be very near a metro station as this will appreciate well over years. He got late for the last group a s the team was busy in a town hall meeting and the security guard was moving up and down trying to peep in the glass window. God moved out and asked his chief information officer to do a dip stick survey through a questionnaire on the emails. From the data he realized that they wanted a developer that is trustworthy and would complete projects in time particularly after paying almost half their salaries into loan installments. God looked at the Ireo team and asked them to make Uptown! Oh My God!
